Irgurala RajakumarAbstract: Education helps assimilate and spread knowledge, making it a potent tool for human rights education worldwide. Teachers are crucial to the social inclusion of education for marginalized and depressed children in India. The Indian education system relies on instructors, who are essential to learning. Teachers help students understand human rights and live more humanely. Childhood has the greatest reciprocity, and they can become effective adults and socially responsible citizens. Students' social behaviour is heavily influenced by their teachers and their social surroundings. Human Rights Education may help instil human ideals in their attitudes and social behaviours. Teachers and students must embrace Human Rights education to achieve social cohesion and order. This article discusses the difficulties of cultivating and implementing human rights education in India. This article also advocates for human rights education for Indian students and instructors to improve their moral, physical, social, economic, and spiritual well-being. |

Dr. PreetamAbstract: Ambedkar had propounded a theory of caste in his research paper entitled “Castes in India: Their Mechanism, Genesis and Development”. It was read before the Anthropology Seminar on May 9, 1916 chaired by Dr. A.A. Goldenweizer at Columbia University, New York. Later it was published in The Indian Antiquary, A Journal of Oriental Research, vol. XLVI – 1917. Ambedkar was convinced that several mistakes were made by students of caste, in the past. For instance, the European students had unduly emphasized the role of color in the caste system. In his belief, those European students, themselves being impregnated with the color prejudices, had readily accepted the color to be the chief factor. In this respect, he agreed with Ketkar who observed: “Whether a tribe or a family was really Aryan or Dravidian was a question which never troubled the people of India, until foreign scholars came in and began to draw the line. The color of the skin had long ceased to be a matter of importance. |

कुलदीप सिंहAbstract: महाभारत भारतीय संस्कृति का अद्भुत महाआख्यान है। 18 पर्वो वाले इस महाग्रन्थ में ‘खिल पर्व‘ (हरिवंश पुराण) सहित लगभग एक लाख श्लोक हैं। इसीलिए इसे ‘शतसाहस्री संहिता‘ भी कहा जाता है। इसे ‘पंचमवेद‘ की संज्ञा भी प्राप्त है। इसके सम्बन्ध में कहा जाता है कि जो कुछ भारत में है वह इसमें उपलब्ध है और जो इसमें नहीं है वह कहीं भी नहीं है। इसमें हजारों कूट श्लोक हैं। इसके आख्यान बड़े मनोहर हैं और तत्वासन बड़ा गम्भीर है। |

नीरज कुमार कुशवाहाAbstract: यह पेपर उत्तर प्रदेश के बुन्देलखण्ड क्षेत्र के झाँसी जिले के जल संसाधनों की उपलब्धता, समस्याओं और चुनौतियों के भौगोलिक मूल्यांकन का अध्ययन करता है। बुन्देलखण्ड क्षेत्र का झाँसी जिला उन क्षेत्रों में अपना स्थान रखता है जो अक्सर सूखे की घटनाओं से ग्रस्त रहते हैं, यह देश विभिन्न रूपों और संरचनाओं में विभिन्न प्रकार की समस्याओं से भरा हुआ है जैसे कि बार-बार सूखा पड़ना, पानी की कमी, खराब फसलें, कम फसलें। उत्पादन और उत्पादकता, निम्नीकृत चारागाह भूमि, भूमि निम्नीकरण, अशिक्षा, गरीबी, भुखमरी, अशिक्षित आम जनता, खनन और वनों की कटाई और अल्प वर्षा। सच तो यह है कि लगभग सभी क्षेत्र पानी को प्राप्त करने की सबसे गंभीर समस्या से जूझ रहे हैं। इस ज्वलंत समस्या के कारण मौजूदा कृषि उत्पादन और उत्पादकता गिरावट की राह पर जा रही है और अपनी पोषण क्षमता खोने के साथ-साथ मिट्टी के क्षरण का कारण भी बन रही है। इसलिए, जल संसाधन विकास कार्यक्रमों को एकीकृत करने की तत्काल आवश्यकता है जो संभावित रूप से इस अर्ध-शुष्क क्षेत्र और इसके पर्यावरण में जल संसाधनों की और गिरावट को रोक सके। वांछित उपलब्धियाँ प्राप्त करने के लिए उचित योजना, जल संसाधनों का तर्कसंगत उपयोग और उनका प्रबंधन, प्राकृतिक संसाधनों के संरक्षण, संरक्षण और रखरखाव के लिए, प्रभावी जल उपयोग नीतियों को वृहद और सूक्ष्म स्तरों पर लागू किया जाना चाहिए। जल संसाधनों के क्षरण की और जांच करने के लिए, उचित दीर्घकालिक जल संसाधन योजना बनाई जानी चाहिए, और जल संसाधनों की सुरक्षा और संरक्षण के लिए जल संसाधनों का तर्कसंगत उपयोग किया जाना चाहिए।\\r\\n |
