Abstract: SNS has brought a new interaction paradigm that is not yet adapted to the perspective of users that are increasingly in a connected mobility but definitely, the rapid proliferation of cell phone use, especially development of big screen Smart phones will help to overcome the mobility barrier of SNS. The reason behind the decreased mobility of SNS is as follows: Firstly, most popular SNS user interfaces are designed such a manner that optimum experience could only be obtained by using Personal Computers and Laptops. So, users are expected to sit in front of personal computers or Laptops every time they want to use communicate through SNS. Secondly, the friend list maintained by a user on social networking sites is maintained like an address book. And after crossing maximum number of friends one can host through SNS administration the user cannot add further friends on that list. So, the interaction space, if defined as varied personality is limited and possibility of meeting unseen friends are absolutely rare. On the contrary, people in real social life have better opportunities to physically communicate with varied people and constrain of limited friends is not applied here, one is allowed to keep as many friends as they want.

Abstract: एक व्यवस्थित राज्य के लिये प्रशासनिक व्यवस्था अनिवार्य तŸव है। मध्यकाल में राजस्थान की प्रशासनिक व्यवस्था से तात्पर्य मुगलों से सम्पर्क के बाद से लेकर 1818 ई. में अंग्रेजों के साथ हुई सन्धियांे की काल अवधि के अध्ययन से है। इस काल अवधि मंे राजस्थान 22 छोटी-बडी़ रियासतें थी, और अजमेर मुगल सूबा था, इन सभी रियासतों का अपना प्रशासनिक तन्त्र था, लेकिन कुछ मौलिक विशेषताये एकरूपता लिये हुए भी थी। रियासते मुगल सबू के अन्तर्गत होने के कारण मगुल प्रभाव भी था।

  • Emotional Intelligence and Aggression: Relationship

Abstract: Any destructive and hurtful behaviour towards others is considered as aggression. It is opposite to the basic component of emotional intelligence .Objective here is to study the contribution of emotional intelligence in aggression and also find gender difference between these two variables. Results supported that there is individual difference between the levels of emotional intelligences and aggression. Males are more aggressive and females showed more emotionally intelligence. The level of aggression in males is influenced by emotional intelligence.
