Abstract: To secure a separate state again for indigenous inhabitants of the area, particularly the Santals, the Adibasisthan movement was launched inside the western Rates have varied area as early as 1947. There was a lot of exploitation of a Hindu people behind such a effort. For the launch of the Direct Action, the movement was motivated by the separatist ideologies of the Jharkhand Movement. As part of the agitation, the Santal established the Santal Mahasabha and encompassed a wide range of economic and social problems for the benefit of the people. Anti-oppressive Hinduism and Bengalee Hinduism have indeed been fought by the Santal Mahasabha. They spread the word regarding Gero's message. Internal strife among Santal people, on the other hand, was the cause of its downfall.

Abstract: The post independence Indian electoral politics began with competitive politics which was more technical rather than real as the Indian National Congress which came to power by riding on the chariots of historical consensus owing to its political preeminent leadership during the movement for independence was able to establish its dominance in the realm of electoral politics. This predominance, however, could not last long and the democratic empowerment of the civil society coupled with rising factionalism within the Indian National Congress steadily but strongly led to unexpected political dent in the fortunes of the party which was visible in the fourth general elections that led to coalition governments in majority of the large states. The paper aims at exploring the causal explanations of the onset of the coalition politics in India and its future implications for the party politics as a whole.

Abstract: This study explores the effects of aerobic and anaerobic training on the performance and physical fitness of women players in Kho-Kho, a traditional Indian sport. Kho-Kho demands high levels of speed, agility, and endurance, making it essential to develop both aerobic and anaerobic fitness components. However, limited scientific research focuses specifically on the training methodologies and physical fitness requirements of Kho-Kho players, particularly women athletes. The study aims to address this research gap by conducting a structured training program involving aerobic and anaerobic exercises for a group of female Kho-Kho players. Physiological measurements, including VO2 max, lactate threshold, heart rate, and body composition, will be assessed before and after the training intervention. Performance parameters such as speed, agility, endurance, and game-specific skills will also be evaluated through standardized tests and match simulations. The findings of this study are expected to provide valuable insights into the effects of aerobic and anaerobic training on the physical fitness and performance of women players in Kho-Kho. Coaches, trainers, and sports scientists can utilize these findings to design evidence-based training programs that optimize the capabilities of female Kho-Kho players. Moreover, the study aims to contribute to the development and advancement of women's Kho-Kho at various competitive levels. By enhancing the understanding of training methodologies and physical fitness enhancements specific to women athletes, the study promotes gender equality and inclusivity in sports.
