Manuscript of the research paper should be submitted either through online interface or through email as provided on the website. The fees can be submitted either before manuscript submission or you will be contacted once you submit the manuscript although the final processing of the paper would be subjected to the submission fees.

This should be noted here that the paper would be processed only after submission of the appropriate fees for the paper or else the board of AARF would not consider the submitted research paper for publishing processing.
