  • SYNTHESIS AND CHARACTERIZATION OF LEAD II IODIDE NANOPARTICLES

Abstract:
Lead II Iodide nanoparticles were synthesized via chemical co-precipitation method from lead (II) nitrate and sodium iodide. The formed nanoparticle is characterized by powder x-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, ultra-violet spectroscopy and fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, confirmed the preferential growth of lead II iodide nanoparticles that width is 30.8 nm.

The objective of this study is to assess the non-structural protein 2 (NSP2) variation of eight Vietnamese PRRSV strains. The divergent analysis showed that all Vietnamese PRRSV strains were closer to North American genotype (0.081±0.008) than European genotype (0.821±0.054).

Data on birth of 182 Osmanabadi kids for the period of 6 years from 2011 to 2016 at Osmanabadi goat unit, Nagpur Veterinary College, Nagpur were analyzed to study the factors affecting the sex ratio in Osmanabadi goats. The male to female sex ratio was 56.59:43.41 %.
