  • Adducts of Nickel(II) complexes of cyclo(1,2)-dibiguanidinyl bis[2-hydroxy-w-(Benzoyl/4-chlorobenzoyl/3-nitroBenzoyl/3,5-dinitroBenzoyl) acetophenone] with pyridine, 2-methylpyridine and 4-methyl pyridine

Dr. Anita

Abstract:
NickleNi(II) forms a large number of coordination compounds with different stereochemistry’s e.g. tetrahedral, octahedral and square planar. The relative ease of formation and abundance of octahedral complexes may be explained on the basis of crystal field stabilization energy of the d8 configuration because the stabilization energy produced by an octahedral field on a d8 ion is higher than that produced by a tetrahedral field.

  • INFLUENCE OF PROBIOTICS ON PHYSICALPERFORMANCE- AN OVERVIEW

Dr. Anek Goel

Abstract:
This article discusses the relationship between gut microbiota and chronic diseases as well as athletic performance. Gut microbiota, a vast collection of microorganisms, plays a vital role in the synthesis of vitamins and essential amino acids, modulation of the immune system, management of oxidative stress and inflammatory responses, and other functions. Research has shown that the diversity and function of gut microbiota can be altered by dietary changes and physical activity, suggesting that modifying gut microbiota may be a suitable target for nutritional and physical activity interventions aimed at improving health and/or performance. Furthermore, probiotics have been used in sports to treat gastrointestinal problems and lower the likelihood of respiratory infections. The article emphasizes the potential of a combination of nutritional and physical activity interventions for the modification of gut microbiota to prevent and/or treat various chronic diseases or enhance performance in elite athletes.\\\\r\\\\n

  • Use of fly ash in highway construction in India: A clean approach to environmental management

Dr.Priti Mathur

Abstract:
Rapid growth of industrialization and large scale infrastructural development in India has resulted in scarcity of construction material and unchecked increase in the environmental pollution. Highway construction requires an enormous amount of earth material which is not available in abundance near urban areas, so in order to counteractthis problem and to meet the increasing demand use of waste material arising from any sector such as domestic, industrial and mining etc.in constructing highway is promoted. One such material is fly ash which is generally categorized as an industrial waste and is collected from the various thermal power plants situated across the country. The solid waste possesses potential to be incorporated as a filling material in national highway embankments. The term fly ash is used commonly as generate term to denote any type of coal ash
