Abstract:
In the present scenario, Unemployment and poverty are the most serious problems confronting among the most nations around the world and further, it also affects the macro-economic performance of the states. Unemployment means the condition in which people are willing to work at existing wages but are not able to get it. According to International Monetary Fund, unemployment is the percentage of labour force that is not find the job. Unemployment has been a major break in the path of economic development. Due to unemployment a nation produces less than potential output. It not only promotes the poverty but also jump many social and psychological problems like crimes, suicides, corruption and in so many cases, unemployment has stood a serious challenge to the national security of the states.\r\n
