Abstract:
Tribal populations in Bhadradri Kothagudem—including the Koya, Lambadi (Banjara), Gond, Gutti Koya, Kolam, and Konda Reddi—face persistent health challenges due to limited access to healthcare, poor sanitation, and malnutrition. This paper systematically reviews existing literature and government health reports to identify key health concerns and their socio-economic determinants. Findings highlight high prevalence of anemia, respiratory infections, and maternal health issues. The study recommends culturally sensitive health interventions, mobile clinics, and improved infrastructure to address these disparities.
