Abstract:
This study examines the impact of corporate social responsibility on organizational
performance in Nepalese commercial banks. Corporate social responsibility is the dependent
variable. The independent variables are firm profitability, customer retention, employees,
shareholders and community. The primary sources of data are used to assess the opinions of
the respondents regarding the different impact of corporate social responsibility on
organizational performance in Nepalese commercial banks. The study is based on 108
respondents. To achieve the purpose of the study, structured questionnaire is prepared. The
Kendall’s tau correlation coefficients and regression models are estimated to test the
significance and impact of corporate social responsibility on organizational performance in
Nepalese commercial banks.
