Abstract:
Based on this, this research studies the impact of e-commerce adoption on the performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in India. The study using secondary data from ICRIER, Statista, KPMG, and Reuters reports uses the new scenario to understand how e-commerce integration will impact key performance metrics of e-sales volume, e-turnover, e-profit, e-workforce size, and e-employment levels in the post-COVID era. Descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, regression analysis, and hypothesis testing were used to assess the association between e-commerce adoption and company success.
