It had taken a journey of nearly 10 years to arrive at a consensus on The Constitution (122nd Amendment) (GST) Bill,2014.In 243-member House 203 votes are casted in the favor of the bill and none against in the Rajya Sabha. The bill was passed after a seven-hour debate.
