Abstract:
Technological advances of today enable producers to carry out shopping operations with their consumers on a virtual platform. This so called e-commerce has countless benefits for both producers and consumers at the same time. E-commerce, which provides consumers with the opportunity of shopping for a constitutively reasonable price and saving of time, is increasing its popularity from day to day. Despite this, there are also certain obstacles for consumers regarding online purchasing. In the given study, factors that influence consumers’ attitude on online purchasing have been examined within the context of confidence element. In addition to this, the effect of variables of website quality, safety/privacy, consumer reviews and website reputation on the attitude of online purchasing in the context of consumer confidence have been studied.

Abstract:
With the advancement of transport, communication and improvement in general economic well being the demand for tourism has increased concomitantly. Today tourism with its rapid growth rate is not only a big business but is also the world’s fastest growing industry. Tourism industry is of paramount concern for India’s economy as it is a major source of foreign exchange earnings and it can help cored adverse trade balances and regional imbalances and create employment opportunities to give a direct stimulus to the socio-economic development of the economy. The basic materials for tourism industry are culture, heritages, natural vegetation, beaches, parks, monuments and sculptures, etc. which India possesses abundantly and can be exploited for the betterment of the economy. On the above backdrop, present study was undertaken to evaluate the growth of tourism industry and its impact on the overall growth of the economy.

Abstract:
Counterfeit products play a large role nowadays, often because of their spread or because of low prices, so the vast majority of consumers resort to buying counterfeit products that may make them feel satisfied and arrogant, but there are some consumers who prefer to buy original products or brands instead of buying counterfeit products low quality and falsified from their point of view, may think that they are immoral because of their loyalty to and trust in original products. Psychologically, they may not feel comfortable owning them. This study discusses the factors that may lead to the purchase of counterfeit products and change the intentions of consumers.

  • EXCHANGE RATE DEPRECIATION AND ITS IMPACT ON COST OF LIVING IN NIGERIA

Abstract:
This study examined exchange rate depreciation and its impact on cost of living in Nigeria. The aim of this study is to examine the interaction of naira depreciation and cost of living in Nigeria. The study employed ordinary least square technique to examine the impact of impact of depreciation in the nominal and real exchange rate of naira on the cost of living in Nigeria. The study revealed that the depreciation in the nominal and real exchange rate of naira have positive and significant impact on the cost of living. The study recommends that Government should maintain flexible exchange rate policy in order to quickly intervene when the need arises. Importation of goods and services that have close domestic substitutes should be discouraged. Production of agricultural products that have export value should be encouraged in order to boost our foreign exchange.

Abstract:
भारत में, आदिवासी महिलाएं सदैव से ही सामाजिक, आर्थिक और राजनीतिक रूप से हाशिए पर रही हैं। लैंगिक भेदभाव और सामाजिक रीति-रिवाजों के बोझ से दबी, इन महिलाओं को अनेक चुनौतियों का सामना करना पड़ता है। शिक्षा और अवसरों की कमी, राजनीतिक भागीदारी में बाधाएं, और लैंगिक हिंसा जैसी समस्याएं इनकी दैनिक जीवन का हिस्सा बन गयी हैं। लेकिन, पिछले कुछ दशकों में, आदिवासी महिलाओं में राजनीतिक जागरूकता बढ़ने की सकारात्मक प्रवृत्ति देखी जा रही है। शिक्षा के प्रति बढ़ती रुचि, सामाजिक कार्यकर्ताओं के प्रयासों, और सरकारी योजनाओं ने इन महिलाओं को सशक्त बनाने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाई है। राजनीतिक जागरूकता आदिवासी महिलाओं को उनके अधिकारों और कर्तव्यों के प्रति जागरूक बनाती है। यह उन्हें अपनी आवाज उठाने और सामाजिक परिवर्तन लाने में सक्षम बनाती है। राजनीतिक प्रक्रिया में भागीदारी के माध्यम से, आदिवासी महिलाएं अपने समुदायों के विकास और नीति निर्माण में योगदान दे सकती हैं। राजनीतिक जागरूकता महिलाओं को नेतृत्व की भूमिका निभाने और अपने समुदायों का मार्गदर्शन करने के लिए प्रेरित करती है। राजनीतिक भागीदारी महिलाओं को लैंगिक भेदभाव और सामाजिक अन्याय के खिलाफ लड़ने में मदद करती है।
