Abstract: In order to improve soil health monitoring, this work explores the assessment of soil moisture content and dielectric characteristics using remote sensing techniques. The study, which was carried out in a varied agricultural area, comprised gathering soil samples from different textures and depths and then utilising time-domain reflectometry to determine the samples' dielectric constants. A thorough examination of the distribution of soil moisture was made possible by the acquisition of remote sensing data from both drone platforms and satellites (Sentinel-1).
