Abstract: The research comprehensively analyzed the transformative impact of digital banking on the financial performance of Public Sector Banks (PSBs) in Western Vidarbha, Maharashtra. The findings underscore the significant role of digital initiatives such as the Unified Payments Interface (UPI) and the Digital India program in enhancing operational efficiency, profitability, and financial inclusion.
