Richa Mandla Rishiv Sharma Inderjeet SinghAbstract: The purpose of the study was to compare the flexibility between Male handball and volleyball players of the University of Jammu.The study was conducted on a total number of thirty Jammu University male players of whom 15 were from handball and 15 from volleyball discipline who had participated in the intercollegiate or Inter-University championship. The age of the subjects ranged from 20 to 28 years. The variable taken for the study was flexibility.To measure the flexibility Sit and Reach testwas used. The test was administered after proper demonstration and warming up of the players. The collected data was statistically analyzed for the significant difference using Descriptive statistics and an independent T-test. The level of significance was set at 0.05.The result showed no significant difference between the flexibility of male handball and volleyball players of the University of Jammu. |

SHIVAM KUMAR Dr. MUMTAZ BEGUMAbstract: Effective teachers affect education quality and student achievement. Research explores teacher effectiveness, leadership, management, and educator job satisfaction. The research examines how these variables impact education and each other. Effective instructors teach effectively, manage classes, and make learning fun. Motivating and managing educational activities, staff. Work environment, growth, recognition, and personal fulfillment affect employment satisfaction. Data from 150 teacher educators was collected using quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews. A created questionnaire assessed job satisfaction, and effectiveness. Qualitative interviews clarified teacher educators' opinions. Leadership skills boost teacher performance. Strong leadership and management abilities help instructors succeed. Teachers that were happy at work were more motivated, led better, and performed better. Research suggests leadership and management training may improve teacher effectiveness. A friendly and fulfilling workplace keeps educators engaged and high-performing. To improve teacher performance, college should prioritize leadership training and job satisfaction. This study stresses how leadership, management, and job satisfaction boost teacher performance. By addressing these areas, college may improve teaching and learning for students and the community. |

डॉ. धीरेन्द्र कुमार सिंहAbstract: हिंदी साहित्य सदैव से भारतीय संस्कृति के मूल्यों को दर्शाता आया है। शांति और सद्भावना ऐसे ही मूल्य हैं जिन्हें हिंदी साहित्य ने सदियों से पोषित किया है। हमारे समृद्ध साहित्यिक इतिहास में ऐसे अनेक रचनाकार हुए हैं जिन्होंने अपने लेखन के माध्यम से शांति और सद्भाव का संदेश दिया है। हिंदी साहित्य में महिलाओं को अक्सर शांति और सद्भावना की प्रतीक के रूप में चित्रित किया गया है। वे घर की रखवाली करने वाली, परिवार को एकजुट रखने वाली और समाज में शांति स्थापित करने वाली मानी जाती हैं। महादेवी वर्मा जैसी लेखिकाओं ने अपनी कविताओं में नारी के भीतर छिपे शांति के भावों को बड़े ही खूबसूरती से व्यक्त किया है। उन्होंने प्रकृति के साथ नारी के गहरे संबंध को उजागर करते हुए शांति और सद्भावना का एक नया आयाम स्थापित किया है। हिंदी साहित्य में महिला लेखिकाओं ने सद्भावना का संदेश देने के लिए विभिन्न माध्यमों का उपयोग किया है। उन्होंने जाति, धर्म और लिंग के आधार पर होने वाले भेदभाव के खिलाफ आवाज उठाई है। उन्होंने मानवता के एक होने पर जोर दिया है और सभी के लिए समानता की बात की है। उपन्यासकार मन्नू भंडारी ने अपने उपन्यासों में समाज के विभिन्न वर्गों के लोगों के बीच सद्भावना स्थापित करने का प्रयास किया है। उन्होंने महिलाओं के उत्पीड़न के खिलाफ लड़ाई लड़ी है और समाज में समानता लाने की वकालत की है। हिंदी साहित्य में महिलाओं को अक्सर त्याग और समर्पण की मूर्ति के रूप में चित्रित किया गया है। उन्होंने अपने परिवार और समाज के लिए अपना सब कुछ न्योछावर कर दिया। महाभारत की द्रौपदी से लेकर आधुनिक लेखिकाओं की नायिकाओं तक, सभी ने त्याग और समर्पण का परिचय दिया है। उन्होंने दिखाया है कि कैसे एक महिला अपने परिवार और समाज के लिए कितना कुछ कर सकती है। |

Shalini Singh Prof Kiran TripathiAbstract: Land grants have historical importance in depicting the overall effects on social, political, and educational contexts, particularly in the United States. Land grants began as a government strategy for settlement and development, opening up pathways for westward expansion and changes in demographic compositions - forming new social relationships while expelling native populations - and were used politically to utilize land grants to aid in governance and influence legislation and monetary policies. The institutions established by the Morrill Act of 1862 provided not only with a guarantee that land-grant colleges would establish themselves across the U.S. landscape but also democratized higher education, facilitating civic engagement. In addition to this, there is a complex relationship with this powerful pattern of land use and social transformation; land grants have left an indelible print within the contemporary discourse regarding land rights and access to education. |
