  • “THE EFFECT OF BLENDED LEARNING MODEL ON STUDENT TEACHERS’ ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENT”

Abstract: The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of blended learning model on student teachers academic achievement. This study used experimental research method with randomized control group pretest-posttest design. The study was carried out with 63 student teachers’ attending educational technology course, where 31 of whom were in the experimental group and 32 of whom were in the control group. In the experimental group, teacher used blended learning as instructional model, while in the control group, the course was taught based on traditional teaching model. Data collected from the result of learning objective test with 35 questions. The research showed that the learning result of experimental group is higher than the learning result of control group. Based on the result of this research, it can be concluded that the blended learning model contributed more to the student teachers’ academic achievement.

Abstract: यह अध्ययन हरियाणा में आरक्षण नीतियों के सामाजिक और आर्थिक असमानताओं पर प्रभाव का मूल्यांकन करता है। इस अध्ययन में प्राथमिक डेटा (सर्वेक्षण, प्रश्नावली, और साक्षात्कार) और द्वितीयक डेटा (सरकारी रिपोर्टें और शोध पत्र) का उपयोग कर इन नीतियों की प्रभावशीलता का विश्लेषण किया गया। अध्ययन ने शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य, रोजगार और सामाजिक स्वीकृति जैसे सामाजिक संकेतकों के साथ-साथ आय, संपत्ति का स्वामित्व, व्यवसाय में भागीदारी और ऋण तक पहुंच जैसे आर्थिक संकेतकों की तुलना की। परिणाम बताते हैं कि आरक्षण नीतियों ने असमानताओं को काफी हद तक कम किया है, जहां शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य, और रोजगार के सूचकांकों में महत्वपूर्ण सुधार देखा गया है। उदाहरण के लिए, आरक्षित वर्ग के व्यक्तियों ने सामाजिक संकेतकों पर उच्च स्कोर प्राप्त किया और आर्थिक लाभों में भी वृद्धि देखी गई, जैसे औसत आय में वृद्धि और संसाधनों तक बेहतर पहुंच। हालांकि, पूर्ण समानता प्राप्त करने में कुछ चुनौतियाँ अभी भी मौजूद हैं। अध्ययन ने निष्कर्ष निकाला कि जबकि आरक्षण नीतियाँ असमानताओं को कम करने में प्रभावी रही हैं, शेष असमानताओं को संबोधित करने और सभी सामाजिक वर्गों के लिए समान अवसर सुनिश्चित करने के लिए निरंतर प्रयास और नीति समायोजन की आवश्यकता है। यह शोध नीति निर्माताओं को आरक्षण नीतियों की प्रभावशीलता बढ़ाने के लिए मूल्यवान अंतर्दृष्टि प्रदान करता है।

  • THE IMPACT OF TECHNOLOGICAL ADVANCEMENT ON PROFESSIONAL COLLEGE LIBRARIES IN MAHARASHTRA

Abstract: This study examines the impact of technological advancement on professional college libraries in Maharashtra, focusing on the perceptions of librarians, faculty, and students. Through a quantitative approach, data was collected from 120 participants representing a diverse range of professional colleges in the region. Descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and the 't' test were employed to analyze the data, providing insights into the central tendency, variability, and significant differences in perceptions among the participant groups. The results reveal significant differences in perceptions between librarians and faculty members regarding the impact of technology on library services, while no significant differences were observed between librarians and students, nor between faculty members and students. This disparity suggests varying perspectives among stakeholders within professional college libraries. The susceptible brains of the youngsters who are caught up in these encounters are thus left with a lasting imprint as a result of these experiences. When you have confidence in it capabilities and are aware that you are capable of accomplishing it objectives, it will be much simpler for you to take action, remain committed to it course of action, and recover quickly from setbacks. Abstract: As the population ages, promoting healthy aging among the elderly has become a top priority in elderly care. One major issue that has garnered significant attention is dementia and its prevention. Dementia, an irreversible cognitive condition, is no longer just an individual or family concern, but a societal and national challenge that requires collective effort. The Dementia-Friendly Guardian Angels initiative aims to educate the public about dementia, its warning signs, respecting human rights, and destigmatizing the condition. Given the social responsibility aspect, fostering awareness and enhancing participation among university students are considered crucial. This study, therefore, explores the motivations, self-efficacy, and behaviors of university students serving as Dementia-Friendly Guardian Angels.

Abstract: The economic relationship between India and Oman has evolved significantly over the years due to historical ties, cultural affinity, and mutual economic interests. This study aims to analyze the economic relations between the two countries, focusing on trends, patterns, and opportunities. The study uses a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods to analyze historical trade data, identify sector-wise export and import composition, assess top Indian investments in Oman, and identify potential areas of economic cooperation. The findings have implications for policymakers, businesses, and other stakeholders involved in India-Oman economic relations. By understanding historical trade patterns and identifying sectoral strengths, policymakers can formulate targeted policies to promote bilateral trade and investment. Businesses can use the insights to identify lucrative investment opportunities and strategic partnerships. Overall, the study's implications extend to fostering mutual prosperity, strengthening economic ties, and promoting sustainable development between India and Oman.
