Abstract: प्रवासन जनसंख्या परिवर्तन और अंतरिक्ष में जनसंख्या पुनर्वितरण के मूल निर्धारक में से एक है। प्रवासन में कई सकारात्मक और नकारात्मक प्रभाव भी होते हैं। ग्रामीण से शहरी प्रवास की दर 1991-01 में 21.2 प्रतिशत से बढ़कर 2001-11 में 24.1 प्रतिशत हो गई है। वर्तमान अध्ययन में ग्रामीण प्रवास के शहरी रुझान और शहरीकरण के रूप में इसके निहितार्थ और मलिन बस्तियों के विकास के रूप में इसके प्रभावों को समझने की कोशिश की गई है। प्रवास का विषय बहुत ही विशाल और जटिल है, ग्रामीण-शहरी प्रवास के कारण उत्पन्न होने वाले सभी संभावित निहितार्थों को प्रोजेक्ट करना मुश्किल हो सकता है। विषय की सीमाओं को ध्यान में रखते हुए, वर्तमान अध्ययन शहरों (शहरीकरण) के विकास और विकास पर सकारात्मक पहलू को कवर करने वाले ग्रामीण-शहरी प्रवास के दो सबसे महत्वपूर्ण निहितार्थों पर ध्यान केंद्रित करता है-एक अवसर और मलिन बस्तियों के विकास पर नकारात्मक पहलू -सा चुनौती।\r\n

  • Reading the Text and the Context: A Critical Reappraisal of Tennyson’s Ulysses

Abstract: Ulysses is a poem written by the eminent Victorian poet Alfred Lord Tennyson in 1933 and published in 1942. It was written following the death of his close friend Arthur Hallam who remained a great influence on the poem. The poem consists of seventy lines of blank verse in the form of a dramatic monologue. Tennyson's contemporaries and subsequent literary luminaries praised the poem very highly for its theme and subject matter. It is widely regarded as one of Tennyson's best compositions as T.S. Eliot termed it a "perfect" poem in the poetic oeuvre of Tennyson

Abstract: The Northwest Indian state of Rajasthan falls in the region of greatest climate sensitivity. It receives very little rainfall, the average of which is less than 75 Centimeters annually; hence, a large part is either arid or semiarid. Due to high temperatures and high evapotranspiration in most parts of the year, it has the maximum probability of occurrence of droughts in India. The severity of droughts is significant for the biodiversity i.e., Flora and Fauna of the region as many species have either become extinct or heading towards extinction.

The purpose of this study is to get an understanding of the ways in which these aspects of maturity impact the overall development and efficacy of future instructional professionals. Normative survey methodology is used in this research project. The Random Sampling Technique was used to pick the sample size for the research, which consisted of two hundred students and instructors.

  • Irrigation Effect on Agricultural Development in Solapur District Maharashtra

Abstract: Agricultural transformation and growth are possible if a steady supply of water is guaranteed. In the absence of irrigation, intensive farming yields relatively little. In addition, irrigation significantly increases the land's output. A thorough assessment of the Solapur district's irrigation system has been conducted in the aforementioned analysis in order to comprehend the function and influence of irrigation on the growth and effectiveness of agriculture. Solapur district in Maharashtra is predominantly an agricultural region, with irrigation playing a crucial role in its agricultural development. This study aims to identify and compare the different types of irrigation systems used in Solapur district. The study reveals that surface water irrigation, groundwater irrigation, and drip irrigation are the primary types of irrigation used in the region. The study also highlights the advantages and disadvantages of each type of irrigation system.
