रागिनी कुमारी डॉ ईशा सिन्हाAbstract: वृद्धावस्था मानवीय जीवन का संध्या काल होता है। यह एक ऐसी अवस्था होती है जिससे जन्म लेने वाले प्रत्येक प्राणी को गुजरना पड़ता है। यह जीवन की सर्वसत्य अवधारणा है। प्रस्तुत शोध का मुख्य उद्देश्य वृद्धों में स्वास्थ्य समस्या का विश्लेषणात्मक अध्ययन करना था। शोध उद्देश्य की पूर्ति के लिए समस्तीपुर जिला (शहरी एवं ग्रामीण दोनों) क्षेत्र से कुल 150 वृद्धों का चयन उद्देश्यात्मक चयन पद्धति के आधार पर किया गया था। चयनित किये गये उत्तरदाताओं की उम्र सीमा 62 वर्ष से लेकर 70 वर्ष (औसत उम्र 66 वर्ष) थी। शोधार्थी द्वारा स्वयं विकसित वृद्धावस्था से संबंधित समस्याओं से संबंधित साक्षात्कार अनुसूची एवं व्यक्तिगत सूचना प्रपत्र के माध्यम से सूचनाएँ एकत्रित की गईं। एकत्रित की गईं सूचनाओं के विश्लेषण के आधार पर पाया गया कि वृद्धावस्था में मधुमेह, हृृदय रोग, विस्मरण, निम्न स्तरीय दृष्टि क्षमता, सामान्य कमजोरी, अस्थि दुर्बलता एवं दर्द, समायोजन इत्यादि संबंधी समस्याऐं होती हैं जो वृद्धों के स्वास्थ्य स्तर को नकारात्मक रूप से प्रभावित करती है। शब्द कुंजी: वृद्धों, स्वास्थ्य, समस्या-विश्लेषणात्मक अध्ययन |
