  • AGRICULTURE FOOD SECTOR AND COVID-19

Vikash Punia

Abstract: The backbone of the Indian economy is agriculture. The northern states of Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, and Haryana made the largest contributions to the national food grain pool. Geographically, Haryana is fortunate to have a great source of irrigation provided by Himalayan Rivers. Agriculture plays a significant role in the growth of an economy, and its improvement is essential to the economy's balanced development. It can be claimed that agriculture has been essential to Haryana's development. This study's goal was to survey what the COVID-19 closure meant for Haryana's agrarian result, lifestyle, admittance to food, and dietary assortment. In 10 areas of Haryana, telephone interview studies were done by proficient enumerators. Eventually, we found that the COVID-19 lockdown in India generally impacted ranchers' capacity to showcase their animals and yield products, as well as diminished everyday livelihoods and dietary variety.

  • EXPERIMENTAL AND THEORETICAL RESULTS OF AZA-MICHAEL ADDITION TO AMINES USING METHYL PROPIOLATE

Prabhudev S. Mathapati1, Dr. Mrunal Krishanrao Shirsat2

Abstract: The double bond of maleic anhydride is electron-deficient, making it a potent electron-accepting monomer. Both C=O substituents have a strong electron-withdrawing action, which is where the electron shortage comes from. In addition to the double bond, C=O groups are notoriously reactive. Maleic anhydride (4) was dissolved in methylene chloride at a low temperature (-78°C or -15°C) and then 1 equivalent of amine (68a-h) was added. The mixture was agitated at the same temperature for 0.5 hours before the solvent was evaporated (at the same low temperature). The 1H-13C correlated 2D NMR spectra were used to unequivocally establish the structures of the maliemic acids generated from the reaction of 1-methylpiperazine and pyrrolidine with maleic anhydride. It was already noted that unlike the acyclic,-unsaturated carbonyl compounds, maleic anhydride does not undergo amine addition across the C=C functionality even when subjected to thermodynamic control. The resultant chiral-nitrogen-containing organic compounds have fascinating biological properties and are important building blocks for chemical synthesis.

Beeramoni Uma Devi1, Dr. Naresh Pratap2

Abstract: With the use of a face-centered central composite design, the optimum values of pH, contact duration, and adsorbent dose were determined as process parameters for efficient boron removal in the current research. In order to determine the optimal settings for copper, a series of batch tests were performed. Mankind's actions cause a dynamic shift in the planetary heavy metal content. These have sparked widespread curiosity on the causes and effects of pollution. The influence of variables such as initial metal ion concentration, pH, adsorbent dosage, contact duration, temperature, and adsorption temperature was also calculated. Contact times of 360 minutes, adsorbent doses of 200 milligrams, and pH values of five were shown to be optimal for copper, whereas contact times of 180 minutes, 200 milligrams, and pH values of seven were found to be optimal for Sulphur. Adsorption kinetics might be described using either a pseudo first order or pseudo second order kinetic model.

  • THE IMPORTANCE OF NON-GOVERNMENTAL ORGANIZATIONS IN THE PROVISION OF HEALTH CARE FACILITIES

Nighuat Qurashi1, Dr. Anil Kumar2

Abstract: It is especially important for non-governmental organisations (NGOs) to play a significant part in the promotion of social and economic development in nations with limited resources and ineffective governance. NGO's have the potential to play a crucial part in the advancement of the global surgery and anaesthesia goals that were established by the Lancet Commission on Global Surgery in line with the Sustainable Development Goals. These goals were established because approximately five billion people do not have access to surgical and anaesthesia care that is safe, timely, and affordable (SDGs). They have mostly accomplished this by establishing specialised hospitals and making use of temporary platforms for the delivery of services, such as short-term surgical excursions and self-contained surgical platforms. These are both examples of how they have accomplished this goal. As a direct result of the establishment of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), non-governmental organisations (NGOs) have ramped up their efforts to bolster the local health care infrastructure by extending assistance to a variety of its subsystems. Donations are the single most important source of revenue for the governments of the Indian states of Bihar, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh, and Punjab. The bulk of these states get their funding in the form of grants. These states include Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Chhattisgarh, Gujarat, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Manipur, Rajasthan, Orissa, Delhi, and West Bengal. In the realm of non-profit organisations, HIV/AIDS gets around 31% of all single-purpose financing. Health system management receives 29%, while RMNCH-related programmes receive 18% of this kind of support. Other programmes that are targeted include those that are intended to fight TB (6%), certain forms of fevers (5%), the disabled (4%), and indigenous peoples (3%).

  • ASPECTS OF PEACE AND JUSTICE OF ISLAM

Showkat Nazir Parrey1, Dr. Ajay Kumar Sharma2

Abstract: The whole planet seems to be in the midst of a never-ending war, the origins of which may not be immediately apparent to the average observer but are, in large part, founded in a struggle for global dominance. This uproar will continue as long as people are aware of it and work to eradicate the dominance of bad ideology. Social justice is one way in which this theory may be questioned and used to reshape international relations and the globe at large. However, there are also justifiable concerns, and determining what factors into Social Justice is essential. Because no empathetic person wishes harm on others, social justice is an important idea in any flourishing community. In order to create objectivity, several definitions and frameworks have been proposed, any one of which may be used to regulate the way a country is run. But there are still challenges to creating objectivity on a global scale. This study attempts to weigh the benefits and drawbacks of various legal codes enacted by humans in an effort to foster objectivity, and then lays out the framework suggested by Allah (the Supreme Being), the Sovereign Ruler of the Universe. Everything possible has been done to illustrate why achieving ultimate social justice is important and how to go about doing it in a way that benefits the average person

  • PRAGMATISM OF CHARLES SANDERS PEIRCE AND THE GENERAL THEORY OF REALITY

Shahbaz Sunny1, Dr. Ravi Kant2

Abstract: Pragmatism is getting respectable again. Some philosophers are still content to think of it as a sort of muddle-headed first approximation to logical positivism – which they think of in turn as a prelude to our own enlightened epoch. The main aim of the study id to vindicate scientism's reliance on empirical analysis to provide objective proof about reality and scientific materialism. Philosophy is the search of true knowledge. Knowledge is a set of statements. Statement is a declarative sentence. The problem of truth has two aspects – theoretical and practical. Idealism advocates the Coherence theory of truth form a theoretical aspect.

  • EFFECTIVE THERMAL PROPERTIES OF STRAW FOR BUILDING SYSTEM

Phrande Suhas Arjun1, Dr. Prashant Jagannath Patil2

Abstract: Sustainable materials derived from natural sources are often used to promote thermal comfort in buildings, which justifies their usage in formulating building mixes. The use of natural resources for construction dates back to antiquity; a combination of straw, clay, and sand is only one example of a material that may keep a house warm in the winter and cool in the summer. This piece aims to assess how adding clay, sand, and straw to a building's insulation improves thermal comfort. Straw was added to a clay and sand mixture in varying proportions to create several kinds of sample plates for the experiment. Using the infinite flat layer approach, the thermal conductivity coefficient was calculated based on the results of the trials. According to the findings, a sand-clay matrix with varying quantities of straw added might be thought of as excellent reinforcement.

  • A STUDY OF BOTANICALS IN THE MANAGEMENT OF KEY INSECT PESTS ON RICE

Fulpagre Sarika Piran Dr. Ravindra Pal Singh

Abstract: The use of synthetic chemical pesticides has been crucial in preventing the spread of insect-borne illnesses and eradicating agricultural pests for almost sixty years, and this trend is not expected to change anytime soon. Yet, there are serious risks associated with pesticides as well. Some are harmful because they remain in our bodies long after we eat or drink them or after we flush them down the toilet. Even at low concentrations, many pesticides are harmful to humans and other animals. Some are even thought to be carcinogenic. As current synthetic pesticides have health risks, many scientists and farmers are looking for safer alternatives. An option that might be useful here is pesticides made from natural materials. Research in this area focuses on combining two effective natural pesticides—botanicals and entomopathogenic fungi—against three major insect pests of rice: Cnaphalocrocismedinalis (Guenee), Scirpophagaincertulas (Walker), and Nilaparvatalugens (Stal) in a lowland rice ecosystem where the microclimate encourages the action of both pesticides

  • ACUTE TOXICITY STUDIES OF TEXTILE BASED INDUSTRIAL EFFLUENT OF PALI CITY ON A FRESHWATER FISH

Agnes Ani Prameela1, Dr. Rupesh Sharma2

Abstract: The LC50 values obtained after 12 hours, 24 hours, 48 hours, 72 hours, and 96 hours were 56.23 percent, 28.84 percent, 22.3 percent, and 16.59 percent, respectively. As effluent concentration increased, LC50 readings dropped noticeably. The calculated secure value is 32.88%. The C.batrachus fishes used in the experiments displayed more anxious behavior as the toxicant concentrations rose. High mucus production, uncoordinated and tailfin movement, surfacing, loss of buoyancy, escape propensity, hyperactivity, and skin discoloration were all seen in experimental C. batrachus fish exposed to textile-based industrial effluent. All therapies, save the control group, had fatality rates. Experimental fish C.batrachus treated to textile-dyeing effluents for varying lengths of time also underwent haematological investigation. The hemogram, red blood cell count, white blood cell count, platelet count, mean corpuscular volume, mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration, and mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration of the test species were analyzed. Modifications to these settings have been discussed. It follows that the TIE is harmful to fish and other aquatic life.

  • ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT OF RURAL AND URBAN WOMEN IN INDIA

Rachna Chanyal1, Dr.Kandi Sravan Kumar2

Abstract: The status of women is intimately connected with their economic situation depending upon the opportunity for participation in economic activities. The census data, 2011 shows a vast inequality between rural and urban women work participation as urban women associated with economic activities is just about half of the rural women. Available pieces of the literature revealed how the employment status of women makes them empower, but limited research has been conducted on the comparison of women empowerment in the rural-urban area in different dimensions. In this perspective, assuming that women’s economic empowerment is dependent on work participation, the present study attempts to compare the magnitude of women’s economic empowerment in urban India with its rural counterpart, focusing on various dimensions of work participation. This study is entirely based on secondary databases collected from the Census of India, 2011 and Periodic Labour Force Survey (PLFS) 2019-20

  • A STUDY ON WILDLIFE PROTECTION IN INDIA'S HISTORY

Ramesh Chandra Dr.Sayyad Ismail

Abstract: In India, wildlife management has been around for a long time. Animals are lauded in hymns found in the Vedas. Sanatan Dharma believes that tying some animals to a certain deity or goddess is the greatest approach to ensure the long-term survival of the species. Animals like pythons, snakes, swans, and lions have been identified with gods and goddesses, making them sacred and protected. Animals were revered, cared for, and even adored by the ancient Indians because they recognised their right to co-exist with humans. Almost every deity in our pantheon has a connection to a particular animal, which is often treated as if it were a god or goddess in and of itself. Our mythology, fine art, and handicrafts are all infused with a deep respect for and admiration for animals.

  • A STUDY OF MENTAL TOUGHNESS BETWEEN INDIVIDUAL GAME AND TEAM GAME PLAYERS

SHAKIL AHMED SIDDIQUI DR. RAJANI

Abstract: Mental toughness refers to a collection of psychological characteristic which are central to optimal performance. Athletes, coaches, and sport psychologists have consistently implicated mental toughness as one of the most important psychological characteristics related to success in sports. Over the last few decades, numerous studies have been conducted to examine the role of mental toughness in sporting success. However, its conceptualization and measurement are without consensus. The purpose of this study is to systematically review some of the emerging definitions and conceptualizations, and examine how mental toughness could be nurtured. This review considers both qualitative and quantitative approaches to the study of mental toughness with the specific focus on the models and the development of the measurement of this construct. Although these discussions center on the general aspects of mental toughness, we believe many of the issues have relevance to scholars and practitioners who are interested in the measurement of psychological variables as they pertain to sport, exercise, and other performance or achievement contexts.

KADAMPATIL SANJEEV LAXMANRAO DR. RAVIKANT

Abstract: Prior to Austin, the structural or formal aspect of language was the focal point of linguists. The use of language and its significance was somehow ignored. It was J.L. Austin who diverted the attention of philosophers, linguists etc. from its structural point of view to the functional perspective. Linguistics is ‘a scientific study of language’ and Pragmatics is the study of language in use. The central concept of Pragmatics is the Speech Act Theory. The emergence of Speech Act theory lies in the assertion of J.L. Austin, who claimed that the speaker does actions with words. The book, How to Do Things with Words proves to be a landmark in the emergence of pragmatics.
