Abstract: The aim of the present paper is to highlight the factors that impede the Saudi female learner’s way to achieving the expected level of English language. By opening a good number of universities and private English language Institutions, the Saudi government has proven that females can play an important role in social as well as technological domains on national level, if they are well equipped with the English Language.
