  • RAPID SPECTRAL VARIABILITY OF THE SYMBIOTIC STAR CH CYG

ikailov Khidir1, Mammadov Ruslan2, Rustamov Bayram 1,3, Rustamova Aysel3

Abstract:
On 15.07.2015, 14 echelle spectra of the symbiotic star CH Cyg were obtained overnight for 6 hours with exposures of 20 minutes on the 2-m telescope of the Shamakhy Astrophysical Observatory. The change in the intensity of the line Hel 5876 Å occurs synchronously with the changes in the intensity ratios of the blue and red emission components along the profiles of the lines Н and Н. The central intensities and equivalent widths of the HeI λ5876 line correlate with similar data of the blue emission component of the Н lines. Some correspondences in the radial velocities of the emission line Hα and absorption DNaI have been revealed. We assume that the rapid spectral changes we have detected in the CH Cyg spectrum are related to flickering in the optical brightness of the star, which is characteristic in the active phase of the system.

  • Constraint Programming To Solve Combinatorial Problems

Shipra

Abstract:
In this paper, we present an outline of the integration of constraint programming (CP) and operations research (OR) to take care of combinatorial streamlining problems. We decipher CP and additionally as depending on a typical primal dual solution approach that gives the premise to integration utilizing four fundamental systems. The main strategy firmly entwines propagation from CP and relaxation from OR in a solitary solver. The second applies OR techniques to domain filtering in CP, followed by few examples.

  • Volumetric Flow Rate of Unsteady MHD Blood Flow Through Contraction

Dr. Seema Bansal

Abstract:
The paper considers the effect of a static applied magnetic field on pulsatile flow in stenosed arteries . The physical problem is modelled by the Navier Stokes equations. The effect of magnetic field, Womersley number and Darcy number on the Wall Shear Stress, volume flow rate are studied.
