Abstract:
Artificial intelligence (AI) has become a powerful force in today's digital age, transforming the way businesses operate and changing the landscape of many industries. As technology continues to advance at an unprecedented rate, leaders are faced with new challenges and opportunities in managing their organizations. In this paper, we will explore the impact of AI on leadership in a digital environment. One key aspect of AI that is reshaping traditional leadership practices is automation. With the help of machine learning algorithms and natural language processing, tasks that were once done by humans can now be automated with higher efficiency and accuracy. This shift not only changes the skillset required for leaders but also presents them with ethical dilemmas related to job displacement and employee well-being. Moreover, AI technologies such as chatbots and virtual assistants are redefining communication channels within organizations.
