Abstract:
The expeditious extension of online food deliver platforms and applications has transfigure the way of consumers access meals, it largely driven by evolving technologies and pervading the influence of social media. This study inquiries about the key factors which influence consumer adoption of online food delivery services (OFDPs) with a specific focus on the impact of social media platforms in shaping the perception and behaviour of consumers. The study using a exploratory research to collect data of active users of social media who have used online food delivery applications (OFDAs). The research discovered the perceived usefulness (PU), perceived ease of use (PEU), entertainment (ENT), informativeness (INT), Attitude (ATT) and intention to adopt (INT) on social media significantly influence consumer decisions. This study intend to offer important insights into how social media influences consumer attitude towards OFDPs. Moreover, user generated content like influencer engagement in endorsement, customer review and visual promotion of food on digital platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and other sites play crucial role in influencing usage intention and preferences of consumers. The study concludes that social media is not only the mode of communication but it also act as a marketing tool that shapes landscape for digital food consumption pattern. The study provides valuable inference for market players and application developers to augment consumer involvement and retention in increasingly competitive business environment.

Abstract:
State Bank of India is a public sector bank and the largest bank in India with a 23% market share by assets and a 25% share of the total loan and deposits market. It became the third lender and seventh Indian company to cross the ₹ 5-trillion market capitalisation on the Indian stock exchanges. Several initiatives have been undertaken in reshaping SBI into a technologically advanced universal banking institution, with optimised operational efficiency and with ‘Delighting Customers’ as its strategic driving priority. Today, these transformative initiatives have made SBI highly competitive and relevant to its diverse base of customers. With this backdrop, the present study has been undertaken to evaluate the financial performance of SBI in delivering superior value creation through sustainable growth.

Using secondary data, the research analyzes the effects of GST on production costs, pricing strategies, and supply chain efficiency in the industry. The findings reveal that GST has streamlined tax compliance and reduced the cascading effect of multiple taxes, leading to greater transparency and cost efficiency in the production process.

Using Secondary Data, The Study Evaluates Existing Swm Practices, Identifies Gaps, And Provides Actionable Recommendations For Sustainable And Economically Viable Waste Management. The Findings Underscore The Need For Integrated Solutions That Leverage Technology, Community Participation, And Private Investments To Address Systemic Challenges And Unlock Swm’s Commercial Potential In Amravati District.
