Abstract:
India is a country where women have not only contributed as homemakers but, when given a chance or when required, have proven themselves to be effective leaders. As of today, many women leaders have demonstrated their true potential in corporates; for instance, Kiran Mazumdar Shaw of Biocon Limited, Radhika Gupta of Edelweiss Asset Management Limited, Vineeta Singh, co-founder of Sugar Cosmetics, and Ghazal Alagh, co-founder of Mama earth, are some of the prominent names who have showcased their capabilities. The world is connected through social media, and YouTube is a revolution in this chapter. In the present case study, we will discuss YouTubers who started their channels with minimal investment and, through their invaluable content, they have not only connecting with common people, but have gathered millions of followers. Some of the individuals we will highlight in our case studies include Kanchan Kesari, who owns the YouTube channel English Connection, and CA Rachana Ranade, who offers vital information to the public about the stock market. Deepti Gaur-Sengupta, a certified trainer and nutritionist, operates a YouTube channel called Dance with Deepti that promotes fitness and makes it enjoyable for all.

Abstract:
Auditing plays a crucial role in enhancing corporate governance, especially in emerging markets where institutions and regulatory frameworks are still developing. In these markets, audits help to ensure accuracy, transparency, and reliability of financial information, which is vital for building investor trust and confidence. Auditors provide an independent assessment of financial statements, helping to detect and prevent fraud, mismanagement, and financial irregularities. By improving transparency, auditing supports accountability among corporate leaders, ensuring they act in the best interests of shareholders and stakeholders. Moreover, it enhances compliance with legal and regulatory standards, reducing risks for businesses. In emerging markets, where governance structures may be weaker, auditing becomes a key tool for strengthening corporate governance, promoting long-term sustainable growth, and attracting foreign investment. Overall, auditing fosters better decision-making, reduces corruption, and contributes to the stability and development of financial markets in emerging economies.

Abstract:
\r\nContinuous innovation and strong R&D are not only benefits in an unstable and uncertain world— They are necessities for survival. This is especially true for the Indian flexible packaging market, which is beset by intense rivalry, rising customer demand for eco-friendly products, and quick technological improvements in materials. To become the primary engine of corporate innovation, this article argues that human resources (HR) must go beyond its traditional supporting function. HR should immediately speed up R&D breakthroughs by implementing advanced talent analytics strategically, developing a \"liquid workforce\" (a dynamic pool of people), supporting human-centric design, and creating a company culture that is psychologically secure and flexible. Additionally, this strategy prepares companies in critical industries like flexible packaging for the future. We\'ll present a progressive paradigm for HR\'s crucial role, emphasizing proactive tactics to foster innovation, enable agile leadership, and navigate R&D\'s digital revolution.\r\n

Abstract:
Revenue generation and prediction have long been central concerns in business strategy, yet the rising complexity of markets, customer behavior, and digital ecosystems renders classical forecasting methods increasingly inadequate. Traditional machine learning and econometric models—while powerful—face inherent scalability challenges when operating over high-dimensional datasets, particularly in contexts involving real-time decision-making. To address these limitations, this paper introduces Quantum Matched Analytics (QMA), an advanced paradigm that merges the computational strengths of quantum state encoding with matched- filter algorithms.
