Abstract:
Banking in Delhi has completely changed since digital payments and mobile banking took off. Traditional banks can't just sit back anymore - they need to keep up with apps and digital services that their customers now expect. Thanks to everyone having smartphones these days, and the government pushing for digital payments, these tech features aren't just nice-to-have extras anymore - customers actually demand them.

Abstract:
\r\n\r\nOne crucial instrument for managing the economy is monetary policy. To regulate the nation\'s money supply, monetary policy employs a number of instruments, including the Cash Reserve Ratio (CRR), Statutory Liquidity Ratio (SLR), Repo Rate, Reverse Repo Rate, and Bank Rate. The nation\'s economy as a whole and stock market returns are affected by any changes in monetary policy. The complex relationship between monetary policy and the Indian stock market is examined in this paper. Using secondary data from previously published and publicly accessible data, the goal is to examine historical patterns, trends, and relationships pertinent to the research topic. The study intends to evaluate how policy changes impact stock market performance by examining the monetary policy instruments that the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) employs and the ways in which they are transmitted. In conclusion, monetary policy decisions have a significant impact on the direction and size of the Indian stock market.\r\n
