Abstract:
This study analyses the explanatory power of the theories of capital structure. In this paper, an attempt has been made to examine the relationship between factors such as age of firm, size of firm, asset structure (tangibility), firm risk, growth opportunity, profitability and non-debttax shield as independent variables and capital structure (leverage of the real estate companies) as dependent variableof the selected real estate firms.
