Abstract:
The conditions of work involve hours, rest periods and vacations the prohibition of child labour and regulation of the employment of young person and special provision concerning the employment of women. Working conditions are affected by factors including health and safety, security and working hours. Poor working conditions can damage your health and put your safety at risk. Employer is legally responsible for ensuring good working conditions, but employee also have a responsibility to work safely . Employers can create good working conditions by addressing difficulties proactively, disciplining perpetrators of discrimination before they reach the point where an employee is driven to file a complaint. It is also prudent to create a safe work environment from the start rather than waiting for someone to get hurt. Conscientious employers understand that providing a positive and healthy work environment isn't just a matter of complying with the law. Keeping employees safe and satisfied also makes good business sense because people are more likely to produce quality work when they feel valued. The article employs both historical and current perspective in order to provide a basis for understanding work in today’s world & possible changes in the future.

Abstract:
Business Analytics (BA) is becoming increasingly popular as a means of improving a company's performance. BA has the potential to influence performance in a variety of ways. It examines how business agility is affected by the quality of the company's knowledge and its capacity to come up with new ideas. In addition, environment turbulence, both technical and market-related, is studied for its moderating effect. Data from 154 companies, each with two CEOs and CIOs, was used to test the proposed methodology. Our findings show that a firm's agility can be improved by enhancing the superiority of its data and its measurements to come up with new ideas. Market and technological upheaval both decrease the impact of enterprises' adaptability on their performance, as well, as we point out in our paper.

In recent years, the role of governments and businesses in managing investments on behalf of individuals has diminished significantly. This has increased the responsibility of individuals to manage their own finances. In recent years, academics from around the world have begun to investigate whether individuals are qualified to make sound financial decisions and how to close the gap in financial education and well-being. The paper aims to examine the awareness among Indians with respect to Financial Literacy. Results shows that a young workforce that is financially literate would be a tremendous benefit for India. The manner in which parents handle and spend their money would have a direct impact on their children, since the children are likely to adopt similar spending tendencies. It has been found that people in India don’t have requisite awareness towards financial literacy.
