THERMODYNAMICS OF NON-IONIC SURFACTANT (TRITON X-114) IN PRESENCE OF MYO-INOSITOL USING CLOUDING PHENOMENON
Chautmal R.C.
Abstract:
The Phenomenon of micellization of non-ionic surfactant Triton X-114 has been studied by measuring cloud point (CP) of the pure surfactant and with myo-inositol. The CP of pure surfactant found to be increased with increased surfactant concentration .

SPECTROSCOPIC AND ANTIMICROBIAL STUDIES OF SOME NOVEL COMPLEXES OFMN (II) AND CU (II)
Hardik kumar D. Chaudhary, Jwalant J. Vora, Jabali J. Vora, Manish H. Chaudhari
Abstract:
In this study, complexes were synthesized in marginal yields via the coordination of metal perchlorates with the ligand. Kynurenic acid (KYNA) ligand reacts with solution of Mn(II)and Cu(II) perchlorates and solid kynurenic acid – metal complexes are synthesized.

IMPROVEMENT IN WATER TIGHTNESS OF SOREL’S CEMENT BY ADDING POTASSIUM OXALATE
Reena Yadav
Abstract:
Magnesium oxychloride cement known as Sorel’s cement is very good binding material for insulation applications. The effect of potassium oxalate[(COOK)2.H2O] on Sorel’s cement has been investigated by adding potassium oxalate to the gauging solution with a percentage of 0,5,10,15 and 20% by weight of Sorel’s cement.Anionic part of this compound (C2O4)-2 is awell-known sequestering ion for divalent and trivalent metal ions. Oxalates react with active lime and other harmful impurities and form aninsoluble precipitate of calcium oxalate.Similarly, magnesium ion forms an important case of post precipitation as magnesium oxalate under the conditions when calcium ion is precipitated in presence of magnesium ion as oxalate. The results revealed that the incorporation of potassium oxalate enhance the water tightness and increases setting period of magnesia cement.

LASER-INDUCED BREAKDOWN SPECTROSCOPY - MULTIVARIATE METHODS FOR ANALYSIS OF ENVIRONMENTAL REFERENCE MATERIALS
Dr. Mamata Tiwari
Abstract:
The use of laser-induced plasma emission analysis provides a unique way to measure major and minor elements in various types of samples under optimal conditions. To accurately quantify multiple components in complex matrices, chemometric techniques are highly reliable and effective tools. To examine “the feasibility of laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS) in combination with multivariate analysis, researchers investigated the analysis of environmental reference materials (RMs). In this study, LIBS was used to analyze different types of soil and plant-based reference materials, and the presence of Al, Ca, Mg, Fe, K, Mn, and Si were detected in their LIBS spectra.

DIVERSITY OF AVIAN FAUNA OF THE CHOPA VILLAGE, GONDIA DISTRICT, MAHARASHTRA INDIA
Chhanda R. Samrit
Abstract:
Birds are the beautiful aerial creatures on earth and its play an important role in ecological balance, Random survey carried out during June 2016 to December 2016 to study the diversity of Avian fauna of the Chopa village, Gondia District, Maharashtra. A total number of 126 species of birds were observed belonging 15 order and 43 families. Order Passeriformes were the most dominant species consisting of 20 families followed by the family Muscicapidae of this order to be dominant with 12 species. Out of total 126 species 20 are migrant, 71 are Resident and 35 are Resident migrant. Seasonal variation is well marked in birds due to the availability of food and nesting and suitable environmental conditions.

Comprehensive feature extraction for the recognition of visual speech and speakers
Mistry Kaushal K
Abstract:
\r\nVisual speech recognition (VSR), commonly referred to as lip reading, along with visual speaker recognition (VSRec), which utilizes visual cues for identifying speakers, are rapidly advancing domains. These technologies find applications in areas such as assistive devices for individuals with hearing impairments and sophisticated security systems. The effectiveness of these systems is significantly influenced by the quality of the visual features extracted. This paper provides an extensive review of various feature extraction methods employed in VSR and VSRec, classifying them into three main categories: appearance-based, geometric-based, and deep learning-based techniques. The advantages and limitations of each category are examined, as well as their appropriateness for particular applications. Additionally, this paper investigates current research directions in feature fusion and temporal modeling aimed at improving the robustness and precision of visual speech and speaker recognition systems.\r\n
