Abstract: Globalization, the process of international integration that arises from the interchange of world views, products, ideas, and other aspects of culture, has impacted India in many ways. One of the most significant impacts of globalization has been on the status of women in Indian society. In this paper, we will explore the effects of globalization on women in India and analyze the changes that have occurred in their lives. Globalization has brought about significant positive changes in the lives of women in India. One of the most important changes has been in the area of employment opportunities. In addition to employment opportunities, globalization has also brought about changes in the educational opportunities available to women in India.
