Abstract:
Singular homology and its applications in algebraic topology are the focus of this research paper, with emphasis on its foundations. This was primarily an attempt to explain the theoretical underpinnings of singular homology and its practical applications in various fields (mathematics, physics and computer science). We examined the entire body of existing literature, focusing on classics from Eilenberg and MacLane (1945) to Hatcher (2002) more recently.

Abstract:
\\r\\n\\r\\nPurpose - The purpose of this paper is to discuss the technical, legal and institutional issues in achieving transparency and accountability in implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in India. Even though AI has been fast expanding in the field of healthcare, finance, and governance, there is still a lot of lack of accountability, especially when it comes to the matter of the assignment of responsibility in regards to AI-driven decision-making. This study addresses these gaps through the lens of the Indian perspective, which will bring a response to the barriers that have not yet allowed creating a strong framework in the field of AI governance.\\r\\n
