Artificial Intelligence (AI) has emerged as a transformative force in business decision-making, enabling organizations to leverage data-driven insights, enhance operational efficiency, and improve strategic outcomes. This article explores the multifaceted impact of AI on business decision-making processes, examining its applications, benefits, challenges, and future implications. By integrating AI technologies such as machine learning, natural language processing, and predictive analytics, businesses can make faster, more accurate decisions. However, ethical considerations, data privacy concerns, and the need for human oversight remain critical challenges. Data was collected through surveys and interviews with business professionals across various industries.
