Abstract:
The present study was to investigate the effect of globalization on local industries. It has huge significance in the present scenario. In this research several researchers have written about this phenomenon but in respect to globalization are hidden among other same problems, so this study tried to examine how the manufacturing sector in global dealt with it. The study first found that globalization had a negative effect upon manufactures, secondly raw materials were the most difficult issues facing the manufacturing sector, a majority of the respondents strongly agreed that they were dependent on imported raw materials from overseas the study thirdly found out that electricity was also a major obstacle too costly for these manufacturers.

Abstract:
Indian economy had experienced major policy changes in early 1990s. The new economic reform, popularly known as, Liberalization, Privatization and Globalization (LPG model) aimed at making the Indian economy as fastest growing economy and globally competitive. The series of reforms undertaken with respect to industrial sector, trade as well as financial sector aimed at making the economy more efficient. With the onset of reforms to liberalize the Indian economy in July of 1991, a new chapter has dawned for India and her billion plus population. This period of economic transition has had a tremendous impact on the overall economic development of almost all major sectors of the economy, and its effects over the last decade can hardly be overlooked. Besides, it also marks the advent of the real integration of the Indian economy into the global economy.

A mixedmethods research approach was used, combining both qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis methods. The findings of the study indicate that sustainable asset management can lead to improved financial performance, reduced risk, and enhanced reputation.

This study explores the critical barriers that women entrepreneurs face in accessing investment and capital, alongside assessing the positive impacts of the existing investment environment on the growth of women-led businesses. Utilizing a quantitative research design, data were collected from 316 women business owners through a structured survey employing Likert-scale statements. The analysis focused on two primary hypotheses: first, that women entrepreneurs encounter significant challenges in securing investment and capital; and second, that the current investment climate positively influences the growth of their businesses.

Abstract:
ct\r\nThis study examines the impact of leadership styles on the management of Micro, Small,\r\nand Medium-scale industries in Maharashtra state. A quantitative research approach was\r\nemployed, and data was collected from 300 respondents using a structured questionnaire. The\r\nresults show that transformational leadership style has a significant positive impact on the\r\nmanagement of MSMEs, while transactional leadership style has a negative impact. The study\r\nrecommends that MSME owners/managers adopt transformational leadership styles to improve\r\ntheir management practices.

Abstract:
In the present study River Ulhas had been selected, as it is an important major river flowing in Mumbai Metropolitan Region. In the last few decades, river water quality is largely influenced by a good number of anthropological factors. The present study is done to understand river water quality by studying the physical and chemical parameters. Samples from ten different locations had been collected from the various sections of the river and tested in a laboratory, but only the first five samples, from starting of the source of river Ulhas have been considered in this present study. The derived results show that the water of the Ulhas River is getting polluted day by day with regard to physicochemical parameters. This issue needs to address by the various authorities to avoid further deterioration of the river water quality.

Remote sensing data are capable of capturing changes in plant phenology (growth)\r\nthroughout the growing season, whether relating to changes in chlorophyll content or structural\r\nchanges. The remote sensing-based bio-physical variables maps were used for crop monitoring\r\nusing near surface remote sensing at the Instructional Farm, College of Agricultural Engineering\r\nand Technology, Junagadh Agricultural University, Junagadh area of Gujarat state, India. Multi\r\ndate satellite images of Sentinel- 2A for summer season, year 2019-20 were used in the QGIS\r\n3.16 QGIS software to derive remote sensing-based bio-physical variable maps i.e., like Green\r\nRatio Vegetation Index (GRVI) were used for crop monitoring.
